We have stayed here before and had an excellent stay. Unfortunately since the refurbishment they have put in very small double beds which we found way too small, I nearly fell out during the night. Everything else was good

I liked my stay, I felt comfortable. The staff was friendly. The cleaning staff were very friendly and they were super attentive where I needed things . The hotel is not very far from Neunkircher train station, near to the Iguana restaurant and the mall. The room was clean. Our AC was broke in our room. Not blowing at all so it was very hot. They were full so had no other rooms to move us to but the guy did bring us a fan that helped some. The bed was way too firm for me and hurt my back but other than that It was a nice hotel and a good stay.

Good place to stay.

Very good for an overnight stay. Air conditioning almost a "must have" when the temp.was 32© - very good.. Lifts up to rooms, which saves a bit of effort. Quiet rooms. Modern & tasteful room and showerroom. Very clean. Good choice for breakfast and a nice place to sit. Not sure how far it was to find a restaurant. Easy to find with sat-nav.

Stated it had air conditioning, but it could not be controlled in the room! Was very hot and could not keep the window open due to the street noise. Also the internet was out for Android phones for 2 days! It worked the morning I left, but for 2 nights nothing!!! Unacceptable!!

We had a very poor experience. We were due to stop one night on our homeward bound trip after 2.5 weeks during in Europe We broke down 160 miles away and had to be put up in a hotel for two nights very traumatic When we contacted the hotel direct explaining they wouldn’t even talk to us we had to contact Expedia who tried their best to enable us to cancel with no charge but IHG hotel wouldn’t show any compassion or support and removed the full cost from my account within 2 hours of our coms with Expedia. To put a complete insult they forwarded an email asking how was our stay the next day. A full complaint will be sent to IHG who we have used many times but never again. We arrived home 2 days later.

Alles in allem Perfekt bis auf das man den Parkplatz bezahlen muss finde ich nicht ok. Am Abend geht dann vom Personal jemand über den Parkplatz und verteilt Zettel mit einer Warnung für die die nicht bezahlt haben. Wenn ein Hotel auf Parkplatzgebühren angewiesen ist stimmt im Gesamtpaket etwas nicht, da hat die Führung Schulungsbedarf.

Dommage que le personnel ne parle pas français, qu'il n’y ai pas de borne de recharge pour les voitures électriques et que le parking soit payant et si cher. Pour tout le reste rien a redire, parfait à tout point de vue. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel
