"There were no outlets by the desk nor bed. There were only two outlets near the floor that were not close to the desk or bed. There was not a light near the bed. As it was for only for one night, but if a longer stay this room would be unacceptable."

"The staff was so helpful and friendly. We loved the design of the room, the gorgeous view, and of course the pool/sauna/gym. Location is right in the old town, so perfect base to walk everywhere. Would stay here again, and we are quite sad to leave! "

"The food in the restaurant was nice and the service was very friendly. The bed was comfy and the room was generally clean however the floor would've benefitted from a mop. The bathroom's ceiling showed mould in places and the showerscreen would also have benefitted from a scrub. I did not have a shower so can't comment on the waterpressure or temperature. The hotel's rooms have thin walls and as there is no carpet, every sound was loud. Other guests did not show consideration so my sleep and slumber was interrupted several times. Taxi service was difficult to arrange and bus / underground services not convenient. Breakfast was continental style."

"Very good location, great staff, clean, the only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars si that the walls are not soundproof and could hear everything from the room above, unfortunately we had very noisy people there as well. Other tgan that it is an excellent hotel, especially if you are in transit through A3"

"The property was very clean, warm, quiet, and located in a safe neighborhood. Located close to transit (bus and trolley), commuting to Nuremberg and the surrounding area was very convenient."
