"The owners are wonderful! The property is exactly like in the pictures. Our room was spacious, comfortable bed, nice breakfast and we could use the pool outside. Ideal location if you wish to visit the many castle of the Loira Valley. Lack of restaurants around but in a few minutes by car you are in Beaugency or Blois which offer a wide range of services."

"This stay was far above ANYWHERE we have EVER stayed! The grounds were spectacular! The room was so comfy, it felt like home. The best part was our host, Dominique, and the incredible breakfast that was served every morning. If you walk away hungry, it is your own fault! Rooms are nice, bathroom is a kind of wet room so we where afraid to splash water everywhere, but walls looked coated in water tight layer. Breakfast was tasty with all kind off local produce. "The property met our needs, but there were some things that could have been better. On the upside, because we had young children along, the pool was a bonus. The donkeys, goats, chickens, and roosters were enchanting. On the downside, if someone wants to be close to the surrounding cities (Tours/Amboise) with pubs and restaurants, this is not the place. Also, the place needs some TLC and a good scrubbing."

"We had an amazing stay at Mme Sol’s house over Christmas. Unfortunately car trouble meant we were without transport but we spent the time relaxing, enjoying the full kitchen, comfortable lounge, fireplace, games, table tennis and badminton. The house is beautifully furnished, warm and fully equipped - everything has been thought of. Mme Sol and Mme Louchard checked in to make sure we were OK and provided advice and also bikes so we could travel to the village. We wished we could have stayed...

"The village is small and the people in the local shops and restaurants are very welcoming… Apart from “hello - goodbye - please - thank you “ our French is shameful. But everyone was so friendly..
