Frequently asked questions

When is the best time to go to Neundorf?
For most visitors, the best time to visit Neundorf is during the warmer months, from late May to early September, when the weather is most pleasant for outdoor activities.

During this period, you'll experience comfortable temperatures, typically ranging from 18°C to 25°C, making it ideal for exploring the surrounding Thuringian Forest and engaging in activities like hiking or cycling. The longer daylight hours also allow for more extensive sightseeing. This is particularly appealing for couples looking to enjoy scenic walks and outdoor dining.

Families will also find these months to be the best. The mild weather is great for visits to local parks or exploring the natural beauty of the region without the chill of autumn or winter. Many local attractions, such as open-air museums or animal parks, operate with extended hours during the summer, offering more options for activities.
