    Our spacious 60 m² holiday apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. Two balconies invite you to relax and offer a sheltered, breathtaking view of the lake and a direct view of the marina.

    The bright living area features a cosy sitting area with a sleeper sofa for two additional guests, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette with an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave.

    The apartment features a separate bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed. The bathroom is equipped with a modern, walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sink.


    A free private parking space is available for guests right in front of the house. A special highlight is the private dock, which invites you to relax by the water.
