Haus Seebär, located at Deichringstraße 8, features 6 residential units spread over 3 levels and is approximately 300 metres from the beach. The house was completely renovated in early 2010 and brought up to the latest standards for tourist accommodation. The entire interior features high-quality finishes. The floors in the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and hallway are tiled. The bedrooms have cork flooring. The house impresses with its attention to detail.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all apartments.

Supermarkets, restaurants, and shops are located in the immediate vicinity. The indoor seawater pool and its facilities are about 400 metres away, and the heart of Neuharlingersiel—the harbour—is about 700 metres away. From here, you can enjoy wonderful fishing boat trips and boat tours to the islands.
