Roaches in the bathroom, only hot boiling water coming out of the shower and faucet, stray cats in the balcony, had to pay 30 nis every time you enter the parking spot, but hotel was modern on the inside, insanely good location that made worth all the negative aspects of it

The stay was fine and the service is great! But the room was a bit off There was a burn hole in the bedding and there was a cockroach running around the room at night Was unpleasant…

I booked the best room that I saw in hotel. Com But I’ve got very disappointed the shower was so small that I couldn’t clean myself comfortably. Plenty of space lot of noises the air conditioners was louder. And so on.

This is third time we have stayed at the property. It is in poor repair. Things work but the aesthetics are terrible. The lobby is unpleasant, the number was missing from the room door, the bathroom sink was cracked, etc. But the suite was comfortable and clean.

Nice hotel wonderful views and rooms clean

The best thing this hotel has is a chap called duke on front desk most helpful and cheerful,although we were the only English,as it is well known in France and should be in the u.k.

A run down hotel which needs major repairs. 2 stars .. No safety measures with outlets not attached properly to the wall. False advertisement: no beach equipment, shabby restaurant in basement in another building (????). Food disgusting, not appealing.. Not labeled dishes: what it is, what is made of. If you have allergy , its your problem ... Nothing in English. Housekeeping maid has been advertised herself for sex by leaving a small naked toy girl on night table. Is it a brothel? One thing which actually was true that is located close to beach lift, that's it. Nothing else was good.

My wife and I went to celebrate a year of marriage. The hotel is really not 5 stars, it is barely 2, an old hotel with a very bad smell, everything is broken there, water is dripping on the terrace, the food at breakfast is poor. Do not go there !!!

Great Hotel

The stay at the hotel was great. Good price, quality of service, pleasant staff, abundant and rich breakfast. Located in the center of the maritime and a few steps from the beach. Really very good value for money.

Nice stay

The beach residance hotel is unmaned checkin & reception is next door in the residance hotel having said that its no problem. Rooms are clean & comfortable good daily housekeeping safe & secure. Hotel is close to town center & easy access to beach.
