It's an older high rise that has not been updated for many years. The room is very basic -- not unclean, but certainly not "refreshed." That said, the location is lovely -- overlooking the Netanya beach. 20 minute walk to the South Netanya Ashkenazi Congregation. Grocery store conveniently located on the ground level of the complex.
