"The Worst Stay Ever
This was by far the most disappointing accommodation we’ve ever experienced. The place was filthy upon arrival — so much dust, dead insects, crumbs in the kitchen, and hair from previous guests that it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. We immediately reported it, and while a cleaning team was supposedly sent, nothing improved. We have multiple photos to prove just how dirty it was. We booked this place specifically because it advertised a washer and radiator....

"It was very clean and Roberta was very responsive . There were a lot of information in the unit about what to do in Bellagio . She was also very helpful with any questions we had. I loved a location . 20 minute walk to center so we weren't in the middle of the crowd. Also a very cute bar a minute away what one could have a late dinner and a very cute coffee shop steps away for an amazing coffee.
