"This is NOT a hotel! The front desk explained that it is a condo rental. That means you do not get any cleaning, even with a8 night stay. And you get 1 bath towel, nothing else. No replacement towels, and no hand towel or washcloths. And you get 1 roll of toilet paper, then you have to buy it yourself. Having said that, the front desk staff was very helpful, when they were present. And it is only 1 block to the beach. If you have a larger rental car, beware of the enclosed parking spaces...

"A l'arrivée nous avons dû attendre 1 heure avant d'avoir le propriétaire qui nous a donné l'endroit ou était caché la clé. Lorsque nous sommes entrée dans le jardin grosse déception et de même pour l'intérieur de la maison qui manque d'entretien ( cf photos ). "The breakfast ladies were superb. Lovely friendly and very approachable. The room was big enough, comfy bed but the bathroom was a little tired. Could do with a lick of paint. "

"This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are tasteful and well laid out. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. We only had breakfast one day but it is very good. Hot and cold options allow you to have anything from a pastries and jams to fruit, yoghurt, to cheeses, charcuterie, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages. The rooftop terrace has great views of the port, but it can get windy. The pool is gorgeous but small and there are only six sun loungers, which can get competitive. It is well situated, just a short walk from the main parts of town and most of the good restaurants. If we visit Les Sables-d'Olonne again, we will definitely stay at Hotel Vertime again."
