"Property was extremely clean, staff very friendly and helpful. The bus route, very convenient and great restaurants within a 5-7 minute walk."

"The shower was horrendous. Firstly, the water wouldn’t come out of shower head and then finally it did, and came shooting solely out of the left side. There is no stand for the shower head so you have to hold it above your head the whole time. It was not draining the water through the bottom well so I was standing in an inch of water for most of the shower. Lastly, the worst of the whole shower was some type of salt/sand grains started coming out of the shower head. I noticed them at my feet and then felt them on my forehead. I imagine they got in my hair too as there was grains all over the floor when the water eventually drained. It was the worst shower I’ve ever had. I don’t know if other rooms had this problem but I imagine it would be a problem across the entire plumbing system of the building."

"I would like to share with you the best experience i had at this hotel , the staff 10/10 helpful, friendly and extremely professional. They gave me a beautiful 3 nights and the breakfast is tasty, the receptionist helped me with my bags, at 1am after midnight and he insist to take the bags from my wife and handle it himself, in the morning the beautiful lady with glasses prepared my coffee for the three days with a smiley face . Really enjoyed"

"The hotel was fine in general. Rooms were clean enough. The biggest downside is the location if you are going to spend a lot of time in Rome Central historic sites."

"Breakfast was good—standard fruit and toast options, along with some nice bakery items. The room was a bit hot for my liking, and the AC wasn’t working, which was a little annoying. The thermostat seemed to control all rooms, so I had to turn off the heating and keep the window open most of the time. Apart from that, the staff were friendly, the room was cleaned thoroughly, and there was a nice gym on the top floor. The highlight for me was the shower pressure—so good after a long day of walking around Rome. I would recommend it. It’s a bit further from central Rome, but it works if you don’t mind walking, taking the metro, or using Uber when you’re feeling lazy."
