Pros: Nerja and Chimenea is perfect! The beach, the town and the mountains and barrancos with all the hiking trails are all within walking distance from the house. The large terrace offers sun from the morning until the early evening. The area is very quiet and neat and I am sure we will be back soon again.

Internet connection is very good and all rooms are with A/C. The owner Annika was absolutely fantastic, communicating with us before our arrival and meeting us to show us around the house.

It's a well equipped and surprisingly roomy place with lovely views over the bay and the bottle of wine to welcome us was also very welcome. Pros: We have just come back from a great holiday in Nerja and for our first visit we could not have picked a more perfect setting than this lovely house. Situated right above the Burriana Beach with the best views, the house is well equipped, super clean and with great terraces. Annike could not have been more welcoming. We had a wonderful week and would highly recommend this house. We hope to come back next year.

Pros: We rented this property twice (2012, 2014). Both times we found the property in top shape: Very clean and everything in perfect working order. The owners are very proud people that maintain and enhance the townhouse as if they lived there themselves. The property is very well equipped from the kitchen, to the bathroom, living room, bedrooms, as well as the large terrace. The town house has a beautiful view and is very close to the Burriana beach. We are looking forward to renting this property again, hopefully soon.

Das Reihenhaus in Nerja liegt in einer ruhigen Feriensiedlung. Vom Wohnzimmer und beiden Terrassen

Pros: Das Reihenhaus in Nerja liegt in einer ruhigen Feriensiedlung. Vom Wohnzimmer und beiden Terrassen aus bietet sich herrlicher Meerblick. Die Einrichtung samt Betten und Matratzen ist sehr sauber und alles, sogar die Technik,funktioniert einwandfrei. Wir haben zu zweit dort gewohnt und einige Tage auch zu viert, das geht gut, wenn man sich kennt und das Badezimmer teilen kann. Auch der Einkauf im ausgezeichnet sortierten Supermarkt ist zu Fuß möglich, wir haben aber meist doch unseren Mietwagen benutzt, da wir eben recht viel einkaufen wollten. Insgesamt hatten wir alle vier einen sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus, wir würden das Haus jedem weiterempfehlen. Für unsportliche Menschen ist der Weg zum Strand vielleicht beschwerlich, man muss beim Rückweg eine kleine Straße 200m weit bergan gehen. Für uns war das kein Problem. Man kann sich ja Zeit lassen. Der Strand ist immer sehr sauber und man kann dort auch gut essen gehen. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle nochmals an unsere Vermieter Familie Stahlberg für die hervorragend gute Betreuung, es fehlte tatsächlich uns an nichts.

Pros: Ligger oppe på et platå like ovenfor Burrianastranda. Du går ned til stranda på 7-8 min - og til Europabalkongen på en liten halvtime. NB! Lang, bratt bakke opp huset fra stranda! Stor terrasse sydvendt - sol hele dagen. Aber: Det er ikke varmepumpe i stua - bare gammeldagse panelovner - som sluker mye strøm. Pluss for aircondition på begge soverom. Renovert bad. Generelt bra stand ellers.

Pros: Die Vermietung und Schlüsselübergabe hat sehr gut geklappt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet und entspricht zu 100 % den Bildern. Leider hat das Wetter im November nicht mehr ganz so gut mitgespielt, so dass wir die Terrassen mit dem super Blick zu selten nutzen konnten. Wir werden nächstes Jahr im Sommer, dann mit unseren 2 Töchtern (20 und 17 Jahre), wieder kommen.
