The property is amazing, the views are spectacular. The property does require someMaintenance, a lot of cracked tiles within the house and by the pool. Living space are spacious aswell as the bedrooms. Good air conditioning. The property is very high up so there is a lot of walking up hills to get to the property. Not suitable if you have accessibility needs. You do get a key fob to access the beach via a lot of steps, as we had a buggy that didn’t work for us. I would say the property could be a lot cleaner, the property didn’t appear to have been hoovered, a lot debris on rugs and the sofa was covered in sand. We did report this to the management company. We also had an issue with a toilet not flushing. The mgt company sent someone straight round who done a temporary fix and then it was properly repaired 2 days later. The property could benefit from extra sun parasols, a proper bath mat in the main bathroom upstairs. In one of the rooms there is a constant buzz every ten mins which looks like a small water pump in the cupboard we muffled this with a cushion. The top gate of the property is hard to push open so it needs fixed. The kitchen is very well equipped except for a bread knife but there is an electric slicer which we used. There is a snack bar round the corner from the villa, nice for a drink. property could benefit from another shower as there is only one main bathroom for 3 bedrooms. Overall we loved our stay. The mgt company are extremely responsive, impressed.
