    Perfect for couples, it is just a 10-minute walk from Burriana beach and 15 minutes from the centre, in a strategic location that allows you to easily explore the main points of interest.

    The apartment is on the seventh floor with a lift and has:

    Bedroom with double bed.

    Bathroom with shower.

    Fully equipped kitchen open to the living room.

    Balcony with stunning sea views.

    It also has air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

    Communal swimming pool: open from 1 June to 30 September.
    Good news! From October 2026, renovation work will begin on the swimming pool, so you can enjoy a completely renovated pool in the 2027 season. During the renovations, there may be some noise in the areas near the pool; we appreciate your understanding as we work to improve your experience.
