Welcome to our Apartment Rabat 15 in Oasis de Capistrano, Nerja!
The apartment is centrally located in the popular Oasis de Capistrano in Nerja, 50 km east of Malaga. (45 mins by car or bus)
The apartment is a charming 2 bedroom apartment with room for a total of 5 people. The apartment is newly refurbished and has a modern kitchen and spacious bathroom. The Terrace is southfacing and one of the biggest Terrace in the Oasis Area with 32 sqm and has sun whole from morning to evening. The Terrace has a fantastic 270 degree view on the oasis beautiful garden with palmtrees and flowers etc.
There is 2 sun lounges on the terrace and dining table and chairs for 5 persons, plus a nice corner sofa with a table for cozy evenings out on the terrace plus a BBQ for a good BBQ evening. There is also 2 markises to get shadow when you like.
The Apartment also has a balcony out from the livingroom in the east direction with a perfect view out over the big Oasis garden, here you will be standing with your morning coffeé and listen to the birds
The Kitchen is also newly renovated and well equiped in a modern style, as the livingroom with a corner sofa and a 46 inch smart-TV. This Apartment is very GREEN, it feels like living in a green oasis!
Oasis de Capistrano, where the apartment is located has a grand beautiful tropical garden which leads many to return year after year.
Nerja is an authentic and charming town with great views of mountains and sea. There is everything from good food, culture, and small hidden beaches and cozy mountain villages. The area offers beautiful scenery where you can both hike, bike, climb, dive, etc.. Nerja is also only 1.5 hours from the ski resort of Sierra Nevada. There are also excellent golf courses nearby. In other words, there is something for everyone in Nerja!
Directions
Directions from Malaga airport to the apartment at the address Rabat 15, Nerja
1. You drive from Malaga Airport and on the highway E-15 in the direction of Almeria, Motril. Here follow the signs through the entire Malaga, you now have a 45-minute drive to Nerja
2. When you see the first signs “Nerja” wait to turn off the highway until the last exit, you shall turn of at exit 929.
Here, you follow the sign “Nerja”.
3. You arrive in Nerja and the first roundabout in Nerja, on your left side you see the Oasis de Capistrano area(signposted). Here, you drive 300 degrees around in the roundabout and follow the signs Oasis de Capsitrano.
4. You will now enter the Oasis de Capistrano area, this road is one-way and shaped like a horseshoe (starts with the Taxi zone 5 and go to the Taxi zone 1). You follow the road through the entire horseshoe first down the hill and then up the hill back to the “taxi zone 1”.
5. You park your car in the “Taxi zone 1”, from here you can see a staircase down on your right, follow this down and then take the first right. Then take first to the left, here you follow the path until you find Apartment number 15. You find a key safe to the left of the door. This you open with your keycode that you received in the booking confirmation.

This was our second stay at the villa, and has met all our needs again. There were a couple of things that were broken in the villa which we reported and we couldnt fault Frederick and his team. All issues were resolved as quickly as could be expected. The villa is well kitted out, quiet and we came home fully relaxed. Definitely recommend and would love to go back some time.
The property is a lovely 2 bed appartment on the El Oasis de Capistrano complex on the outskirts of Nerja. It was perfect for a family of 4, with 2 nice bedrooms, bathroom and well equipped kitchen/lounge area. The added bonus is the large patio where we enjoyed breakfast each morning. This also has a padded seated area and 2 loungers with nice sun canopies for shade when needed. The complex is beautifully maintained with a nice pool area. Although the pool was never that busy, it is not very large with quite a few rules about no inflatables, balls or jumping in so the two teenage boys found it a bit restrictive. The snack bar was also shut when we were there. It would have been nice if there was a chance to enjoy a drink/snack and some tables/chairs in the area adjacent to the pool but still a good amenity to have on the complex. We did several day trips to nerja caves (walked) frigiliana(local bus) and alhambra palace and caminito del rey (hire car) as well as walking down to Buriana beach and the centre of Nerja so there is loads to do in the area. It is a 15-20 min walk down a dirt track to the beach and a 30-40 min walk to the balcon de Europa which we did each day, but there is a bus you can catch to the centre if the walk is too much. Overall a fabulous holiday in a busy but very pretty town.

Apartment needs some TLC
To start with the steps down to the apartment with the luggage are horrendous. So steep and not very wide, we found them very difficult. Then the keys are kept in a key safe on the outside of the apartment. The cleaner forgot to change the code, so the code we were given didnt work. Not great at 01.30 in the morning. When we finally got inside there were ants all over the kitchen.
The apartment is quite dated especially the bathroom which is quite poor. The balcony is fantastic though. The shaded area and seating area is lovely. Inside, the sofa is old and not very comfy. The TV kept playing up and we struggled to watch normal channels. But thankfully they had Netflix which saved the day.
The owners never contacted us once to ask about the apartment, which i thought was poor.
Overall the apartment is good and bad but the balcony makes the place.
The villa was perfect for us and the whole process was very easy … well equipped kitchen … if I was to say anything negative was the bathroom needed an update however it was perfectly functional. Thanks so much I’m sure we will be back
The property was well presented with a lovely sunny balcony and a view over the well kept gardens. We managed to see some of the Nerja parades over the Easter weekend, visited the caves and went up to the mountain village of Frigiliana, as well as the beach and into Nerja. All can be reached on foot or by bus.
Pleasant stay in Nerja, have been a couple of times to various places on the complex.
For various reasons didn’t use the BBQ.
Always nice to be away from work.

Very Nice Apartment for our Holiday
This was the perfect apartment for our stay in Oasis de Capistrano, we are very happy with this apartment.
All furniture´s were new and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is newly renovated and fully equipped, far better standard than all other apartments we have rented in Nerja before.
There terrace is very spacious and has a great view and has got a nice sofa and gas grill and sun lounges, we enjoyed this apartment a lot!
We will be back!
The apartment was gorgeous and clean had everything we needed for our stay. The only issue was lack of sockets in the kitchen area. The outside area was huge plenty room and all the furniture was clean and lovely. Would definitely recommend this apartment. Please bear in mind there are around 30 steps to get to and from the apartment so not for people with mobility issues.
The apartment was clean, quiet and well stocked with most things you could need. The whole family needed some R&R and thats exactly what was delivered. I wouldn't hesitate in rebooking for another break.
my only bad point was it would have been nice to have 2 sets of keys so we could venture out at different times, or worrying about losing them!

Inside the property is very good but the outside terrace and furniture needed cleaning or replacing. The description does not indicate the amount of steps, 30+ from the car parking to the apartment. Steps and/or slopes are also required to access both pools. More information on the access to the property should be included in the description.
A very nice apartment in beautiful landscaped gardens.
This is a good-sized apartment in a beautiful setting. The gardens are outstanding and the whole urbanisation is a picture.
The apartment is well equipped and had most of the things needed for a comfortable stay. A good quality oven, microwave and hob are always appreciated as was the top quality BBQ for outdoor dining. Being very fussy, we would have liked a set of wine glasses (although there are loads of other types of glasses provided). There were also a few other basics that would have been nice to have, for example soap in the bathroom, washing tablets for the dish washer and bin liners. We appreciate that there is no mention of these items being provided in the property listing, but for guests staying just a week it is a shame to have to buy these items when only a small amount will be used.
The beds are very comfortable as was the furniture in the living area and everything is well decorated, we especially liked the feature wall. The terrace is very large and comfortable, but maybe in need of a spruce up. The terrace is a great sun bathing area, maybe two more sun beds could be provided for a two bedroom apartment. However this didn’t bother us, but it may do other groups of four.
In summary, we had a comfortable stay in a very nice apartment.
