La casa tiene dos plantas, en la planta superior hay 2 dormitorios con aire acondicionado. y un baño reformado, en la planta baja se encuentra la terraza, salón con aire acondicionado, aseo y cocina nueva equipada con lavavajillas, lavadora, microondas, tetera, tostadora, etc... TV por cable en el salón. Fibra óptica de gran velocidad. Piscina y jardín comunitario

    Los Pinos 2 se encuentra en la mejor ubicacion para estar cerca de todo y descansar en zona tranquila. A 200mts pueden encontrar panaderia, farmacia, pescaderia, etc... y a 300mts cafeterias y restaurantes

    Una vez lleguen a Nerja desde calle San Miguel desviarse hacia Nueva Nerja y una vez lleguen al hotel villa Flamenca girar hacia la derecha y en 150 mts llegara al destino
