Charming 2 bedroom townhouse located in the urbanization Jardines de Nerja, just 2.2km from the center of Nerja. 1.9 km from Burriana beach and 2.1 km from Carabeillo beach.
The urbanization has large outer and a gated inner garden area. In the inner area there is a 25 m long swimming pool just available for the 34 houses in the community. The community has its own parking area available for the renting family (depending on availabilty).
Very cozy living room, equipped with new furniture and with a 55inch new SAMSUNG Smart TV with international channels.
Fully equipped kitchen with all appliance’s new 2023.
Two large terraces with direction to south and with full sea views, Roof terrace has a new gas barbecue. New wash machine on the roof terrace.
City bus stop just outside the community take you to Burriana beach and city center.
The 5G Wifi connection is free, Air conditioning in living room and bedrooms. All doors and windows new from 2023 and with double glasing.
Jardines de Nerja is a very quiet urbanization where you can enjoy its pool and gardens and a fantastic sea view.
