Two bedroom apartment in a quiet family HAWAII residence, 65m2, south facing, open sea and pool views, with terrace, cable/wifi internet, in the pretty coastal town of Nerja, 15 minutes walk from the main bus stop and the town centre.
Accessible by car to almost the door of the residence.

This apartment comprises of an entrance hall, a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (shower).
Dining room with sea view or, if you prefer, you can eat on the terrace. Sun lounger (tumbonas) on the terrace for sunbathing. Living room with split air conditioning/heating. Flat TV with TNT/TDT, with satellite ASTRA international channels (TNT) and Fire TV (Netflix, Prime, etc...). 2 Bedrooms at the back of the building, which is quieter.
Master bedroom with double bed of 160x200cm, ceiling fan, wardrobe with full hanger and air conditioning/heating. The other bedroom with 2 single beds of one of 90x200cm and another of 90x190cm, wardrobe with plenty of hangers and air conditioning/heating.
Fully equipped kitchen area with 3 induction hobs, cooker, small traditional oven, toaster, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, filter coffee maker, Italian coffee maker and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower at floor level, sink, washing machine, toilet and heating for the winter.
Communal swimming pool at the foot of the residence, showers, toilets and lawned solarium. It is on the third and last floor of the building with an lift and in a dead end street.
For non-sportsmen, or hip problems, a car is recommended, as Nerja is a pretty white mountain village. Shops nearby: restaurant, food shops, pharmacy, supermarkets: Mercadona, Carrefour. Children's playground and sports on Burriana beach. Free parking in front of the residence, on the street and private community parking area (first come is first served), and 200 metres more parking spaces.

Burriana beach has many services: restaurants, pubs, bars, cafeterias, ice cream parlours, sports activities (in season). Municipal market (Tuesdays).

You can fly to MÁLAGA airport. Nerja is 45 minutes away by motorway; or 1h30 from Granada or Almería airport or 3h30 from Seville airport.
Possibility of meeting at the airport by sending a local taxi service at a good price. There are regular bus services from Málaga airport and from Málaga to Nerja.
