Very dated. Bath chipped, broken lamp, main light in bedroom not working, headboard missing in bedroom with screws still in the wall, unable to open wardrobe more than 6 inches without the door derailing , but was stuffed full of duvets, and the broken headboard. Generally in need of attention.
