The other property was so nice a full one bedroom, one bathroom downstairs apartment with a huge patio right in the middle of the olive groves. We were given an apartment that contained sticky, incomplete dishes, extremely stained mattresses, unusable blankets, a non-functioning oven, a broken shower head, a dirty shower, very unkempt grounds, broken garden furniture, and green, diseased pool water. "I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! Absolutely gorgeous spot, beautiful rooms, super clean, and the friendliest staff. Inclusions and little touches like breakfast and a welcome fruit plate just push this hotel above and beyond all expectations. A quick 5 minute walk to the beach and 15 minute walk to Giulianova Alta make it the best spot. We will be back!"
