"Staff at reception were wondeeful and extremely helpful. Room and hotel very clean. Lovely comfy bed and plenty of pillows."

"Not as advertised! The bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. Those are the only good things I can say. I checked in late at night and had to return to reception to ask for towels because there were none at all in the room. Air conditioning did not work and when I went back to reception again and asked for a different room the receptionist told me that no rooms in the entire hotel had functioning air con. It's a budget hotel and I didn't expect luxury but I do expect the room to be as advertised and the lack of air conditioning is unforgivable. I was likewise unimpressed that neither of the two receptionists I spoke to could speak English even though the hotel is advertised to have multilingual staff with English specifically mentioned. It's the false advertising I object to, not the actual absence of language skills. I've complained to Expedia but they tell me if could take months to correct the way the place is advertised."

"Basic clean room. Ideal location. Perhaps some bottled water would be nice. There are tea making facilities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again."

"Nice place to stay for our stop over as part of a longer trip. Pool was a bonus for the kids. A bit out of it location wise but we didn’t mind. I asked for code rooms and we ended up on different floors which was frustrating but was ok. "
