Super Hotel aber schlechter Servicegedanke

Sehr schönes Hotel und leckeres Bier. Die Brauereiführung und das Bierbad sollte man sich keinesfalls entgehen lassen. Allerdings lieber bezüglich Essen vorsorgen. Das Restaurant in der Nähe hatte keinen Platz mehr für uns und das Hotel war leider nicht fähig einen Pizzalieferdienst oder ähnliches für uns zu kontaktieren. Nach einem Tag voller Bier keine gute Mischung. Enttäuschend war die Behebung von Problemen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Hot Pot gebucht. Leider gab es keine Hot Pots vor Ort. Kein Entgegenkommen seitens des Hotels oder Hotels.com. Das lässt einen faden Beigeschmack. Allerdings war das Hotel sonst wirklich TOP. Und wir kommen trotzdem wieder. Dann aber in einem kleineren günstigeren Zimmer in dem man nicht für etwas bezahlt was man dann nicht erhält.
