"Clean, large room, comfortable beds. Shared bathrooms. Shower very weak. No shampoo or conditioner. Limited body wash in a few packets. Small bar soaps. Only one set of physical keys makes it inconvenient for more than one person because everyone has to leave or stay. Also, you cannot lock the door from inside without the keys, which is inconvenient because you have to take the whole set of keys off the air conditioner lock just to lock or unlock from inside the room."

"The hotel itself was excellent and so was the breakfast every morning. The only thing that turned me off was the area the hotel is located in. The neighborhood it sits in is run-down. There was overgrown landscaping everywhere the city needs to clean up. Also, there was a lot of graffiti spray painted on walls in the area. The neighborhood did not appear to be clean at all. I was taken aback when we pulled up and prayed the hotel would not be the same inside. If I could pick the hotel up and place it in a nicer area, I would. The area it sits in does it no justice."

"Rooms were kept clean. Hotel is a little dated in decor and things like the shower head not staying in, and the sink leaking from the trap were annoyances. On the plus side, I was given a double instead of the twin requested. This resulted in a free upgrade to the twin room. Balcony overlooked the adjacent park"

"The staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful. They helped make our holiday truly special. The breakfast, restaurant and sky bar were perfect. Watching the sun go down over Rome from the sky bar was epic. Highly recommend."

"went with friends, reception staff were very helpful, we kept our bags after check out due to having a later flight and they were accommodating to this. good location hotel, near the vatican, supermarkets, bus stops and amazing restaurants. we had a nice balcony room which was spacious and clean, also cleaned every morning which was great! shower and bathroom had an odd smell every time we’d come back to the hotel in the evening, not sure what this was due, we guessed it was something to do with the shower and drains as the water had the same smell. air con was amazing and very powerful, made sleeping during the night in the heat a lot more enjoyable and easier. breakfast was okay, very limited with a few options, but was average! city tax was originally €70 but this increased to €90, and we were told this once we arrived to the hotel, no explanation for the increase, and never paid more than €20 in city tax so this was unusual but we didn’t mind it. overall, good stay and worth it for the price"

"I loved most of my stay here. It was only affected by my room airconditioner that wasn’t working right in a summer where all Europe had been experiencing prolonged heat wave temperatures on the 90s but felt like 100 degrees due to the high humidity. They checked it, but couldn't fix it at the moment because it would required complete cleaning of the unit due to a ball of white dust blocking the air duct. You could see part of dirt was coming out of the vent. The person was very nice and tried to do his best but at 11:00 pm at night it was too late and would bother our night. He called front desk and explain to them what was happening. Since we would be breathing some dust coming out of the vent directly at us all night the person in charge changed us to another room. My little disappointment was being moved to a lot smaller room instead of an equal or better one. That being said, I have to say I really love this hotel. Every single staff member is excellent in every way. The hotel is nice, super clean, and so are the rooms. The daily breakfast is superb. I would stay again at the property next time for sure."
