Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally -located place. Junction of 60/Hwy cc. Walmart is 7 miles , general dollar store is two blocks :-) our little river town on the border, Seneca is only 5 miles. We’re literally central to reach in one hour Bella Vista, Arkansas, one and a half hours Tulsa Oklahoma, or 25 minutes to Joplin and it’s a great place to visit.

Cute little cottage

The hosts were very accommodating and responded quickly to any requests. The cottage was very comfortable and cute. Would definitely stay again. The only downside is noise from Hwy 60, though that was mostly during the day.

Great little spot

Property was as advertised. Very clear and concise instructions for check in/check out. Centrally located between a couple of smaller towns so nice variety of exploration. Only negative item is that you do have to travel a ways for coffee and eats, but that is to be expected in those parts. Home had all the things we needed, very clean and cozy. We will stay again when in that area!

My older children had our first vacation together with just us. Went to southern Missouri planning to do so.e tubing on the river and relax. Was a great trip a d the house we stayed in was great! First air b&b experience. Was so easy and the house was beautifull!

Daughters sweet 15 and Family Reunion

Dear Jim & Bonnie Your place was a very cozy and beautiful place to stay felt like we were at home, we are a Mexican family from Chicago that stayed at your place because we were there to celebrate our only daughter her sweet 15th birthday on July 19th 2024 and our Family reunion the next day. We came home talking about and telling all our family what a cozy home we found for our stay THE PICKET FENCE I told them is called it was just perfect thanks once again looking forward on visiting the place every time we come to town. Absolutely loved my stay, when you walk in is so welcoming. Decorated nicely, anything you would need to cook is there. And the stars, quite beautiful from that vantage point.

Cozy place to stay while in the area, reasonable prices, great communication with the host! Simple checkout procedures and outside of the road traffic which wasn’t too bad, very quiet area. Easy to get to Neosho/Joplin from here. Would stay again!
