1) To ensure everyone is fully covered, please provide the full legal name and age for each person who will be spending the night as part of your registered guests. Any changes are REQUIRED to be approved by host before your stay, per our insurance regulations. Failure to provide this will result in reservation cancellation and/or additional fees.

2) We want to make your stay the very best it can be! If you like, please let us know what brings you to town and we will be more than happy to make some suggestions for restaurants, shopping, entertainment, parks and anything else that might be of interest to you.

• More than the registered people in the reservation overnight will result in fines up to $150 per person, per day.

• There is a maximum guest limit of 8 people during daytime hours (7 a.m. to 10 p.m.). Non-registered guests must leave by 10 p.m. Only the people named & listed in the reservation can spend the night.

• No smoking inside or outside the unit. Renters will be charged $250 for violation.

• If you break the no pets policy there will be a $150 dollar fee in addition to a special pet cleaning fee of $150 for a total of $300 additional charges.

• Stays longer than 21 days will result in an additional $250 cleaning fee.

• Quiet time is from 10 p.m.-7 a.m.

• Place the dishes/cups in the kitchen sink. • Place all trash in the green dumpster behind the building (go out the front door, turn right and walk down the alley about 20 feet and you will see it).
• Message our support team that you have checked out.

  • We stopped here hoping to see more fish but we didn't. Instead, we saw a couple of dogs that had jumped into one of the ponds. They kept barking and I noticed they wanted to get out but couldn't. After waving a couple of the employees down, we were able to help the dogs out. One was super grateful and wanted to jump on me but I ran because I didn't want to get wet. The other dog wasn't too happy with us but we got to see them both run away together. Who else can say they got to save two cute dogs at a hatchery? :)

Neosho Stay

We enjoyed having the space to relax and visit without the cramped feeling that comes with a hotel. Being able to cook meals was a big plus. We would gladly stay here again if the opportunity presents itself again. Our host was helpful through the entire process.

Host was very nice and let us check in an hour early. The place was clean for the most part, floors could have been a little cleaner. Beds were not very comfortable especially the 1st bed when you walk in, my mother had to sleep on the couch. Need a little step ladder to reach the cabinets with the dishes as they are too tall. But for the price it was nice having the room compared to staying in a hotel to be able to visit with family during the day and close to everything downtown.
