"Gracie at the front was a big help and quickly answered my questions with satisfying solutions. The rooms front the outside look like a typical motel, but inside are appointed with luxury materials and tasteful colors. Anything you need is in the room or can be obtained by the dollar store a few blocks away. In addition I still got next day delivery from Amazon even though this is a small tight community of ~7,000 per Wikipedia. The mountains. the sky and the clouds were amazing. I stayed in Roosevelt but this used to called Dry Gulch. And if you look at the buildings I can imagine an old western with a saloon and a sheriff. ."

"Nice rooms, easy access, parking in front of rooms, staff was great and helpful,, stayed here a few times with no issues. Never did breakfast so no reviews on that. We will stay here again no problem, we use this place for sleep and a shower."

"This was a great stay for our family of 5 with 3 teens! It’s hard to find family friendly that we have room to stretch out. The animals added to the view and daily entertainment and the treasure hunt kept even the adults entertained! The cabin was cute and well kept… a bit off the beaten path (we like that) but a quick run to town. Highly recommend if you are needing to make a stay in the Roosevelt area!"

"Super fun place to stay! The kids loved it. Hot tub was clean and it was nice that it had a shower and toilet in the building with it. Cabin was homey and clean. There was plenty of room for our large family. The property and view is amazing. We would definitely come back."
