Overview

Villa Vera is an ideal location offering both privacy and convenience in a small, private cul de sac, with an abundance of outdoor space. Idyllic location; walking distance to the beach, 5-minutes to the Baths of Aphrodite, and a 3-minute drive to Latchi.

Set over two floors, the bedrooms are located upstairs with an open plan living, dining, and kitchen area on the ground floor. Large patio doors create a bright living space and open onto the covered patio and outdoor areas.

Villa Vera includes free, fast Wi-Fi internet and bedroom air-conditioning along with UKTV.

Living Area

The living area is bright, spacious, and extends to a shaded outdoor patio featuring a rattan sofa set. There is a large flat-screen TV with a UK IPTV.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything required for family catering and is finished to a very high standard including a free-standing breakfast bar, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and toaster.

There's also dining for 6-people and an additional outdoor dining area.

Conveniently located just 60 minutes from Paphos International Airport, Villa Vera is a leisurely, scenic drive from Cyprus's more established tourist regions through spectacular terrain and quaint traditional Cypriot villages.

Just a 3-minute walk to the beach, the villa is one of a number of exclusive properties close to the picturesque Latchi Harbour, with its local seafood restaurants, supermarket, and souvenir shops.

Schönes Haus mit schönem Garten/Pool

Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen. Das Haus ist für eine 4-köpfige Familie geräumig. Die Spiegel im Bad sind allerdings nur etwas für sehr kleine Gäste. Musste beim Rasieren ganz Tief in die Hocke gehen. Der Pool ist sauber und angenehm groß. Gerne wieder.
