Overview

Located just 500 meters from the beach and a 10-minute walk from Latchi Harbour, Villa Jacaranda is perfectly placed to not rely on your hire car. An easy walk to Latchi will reveal numerous local restaurants, supermarkets, and water sports.

The larger 10m x 5m private pool is a perfect place to enjoy your holiday in Cyprus and features large walk-in steps for easy access along with optional pool heating *additonal charges apply

Living Area

The modern, open-plan living/dining room features a double-sided wood burner for winter stays, and large patio doors to keep the space cool during the summer. The patio doors can merge the living space and outdoor seating area. Inside there's an “L” corner sofa and an armchair. Outside there is a comfy wicker sofa, 2 sofa chairs, and a small table.

For entertainment, there's a 32″ flat-screen TV, including UKTV with 7 days catch up, a DVD player, and Wi-Fi Internet. You will also find a docking station to play your music.

Kitchen

The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with everything required for family catering. Appliances include; washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and toaster. You will also find a free-standing water cooler and center island for serving food.

Villa Jacaranda sleeps up to 6 people in 3 fully air-conditioned bedrooms.

Swimming Pool and Outdoor Area

The private swimming pool is 10m x 5m and includes large walk-in steps for easy exit and entry. The pool is surrounded by a large patio with 6 sunbeds and 2 parasols. The heated swimming pool *pre-booking required, has been newly reburbished for 2026.

Outside there is also a shaded seating area with a comfy wicker sofa set including two chairs and a table. There's also a large shaded dining area with seating for 6.

The top terrace overlooks the breathtaking Latchi coastline and also features an additional outdoor sofa.

Villa Jacaranda also features a dedicated outdoor kitchen area. Here you will find the Cypriot-style BBQ, outdoor sink, and breakfast bar with stools for seating.
