"Great staff but a dated feel for a 5* luxury hotel and charging for water with the price of the rooms leaves a bad taste"

"Spacious and comfortable apartment with a nice view. However, the curtains don’t block the sunlight well, making the room very bright early in the morning. Also, only hand soap was provided—no shampoo or shower gel, even though there were towels. As a result, I had to buy a €3.50 shower gel from the supermarket inside the reception, which was inconvenient. Additionally, some of the lights were broken."

The hotel is simply beautiful and has everything and more to make your holiday perfect. The food in the restaurants is top notch, the grounds are breathtaking, the views are second to none, the staff always go above and beyond, the rooms are excellently equipped (there's even a pillow menu!), the spa is fabulous for winter holidays, the drinks are delicious treats, the live music adds a whole new layer of wonder, there's so much to explore in the surrounding areas from Tombs of the Kings to the glorious sea-side walk to the harbour...oh, and the breakfast is the greatest of all time (you have to see the next-level spread with your own eyes). It was an absolute pleasure from our welcome to our check-out and we can't wait to come back later this year! "

"We had a truly wonderful stay at Souli Beach Hotel during a family trip with our toddler, and it exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and accommodating, going out of their way to make sure our little one — and we — were comfortable throughout our stay. Being so close to the water was perfect, and the calm, peaceful atmosphere made it easy to relax even while traveling with a young child. The hotel’s location is also ideal, with nearby nature trails and scenic walks that were perfect for gentle strolls and outdoor time as a family. Hotel's own Seafood Restaurant was also out of this world with fresh selection as well as special platters. Peaceful, welcoming, and beautifully located, Souli Beach Hotel is a fantastic choice for families, and we would happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Cyprus — especially those traveling with young children."
