Large resort "Rosablanche", 8 storeys, built in 1972. 10 m from the skiing area. For shared use: lawn for sunbathing, pond. Tennis (01.Jul. - 15.Sep.), basketball, children's playground. In the complex: restaurant, sauna (extra). Massage (extra). Steam room (extra). Lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house, public parking 100 m extra. Shop 10 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, station/poste" 7.7 km, railway station "Sion" 20.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km, tennis 7 km, skisport facilities 10 m, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school, children's ski school 10 m, ski-kindergarten 7 km, sled run 100 m, ice rink 7 km, children's playground 10 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: 4 Vallées 10 m. Hiking paths: Barrage de Cleuson 5 km, Bisse de Chervé 5 km, Bisse de Saxon 200 m. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked. Sports shop / ski rental. Heating in winter only. A cash deposit is requested for the key of the parking gate and the parking card (CHF 200.- or EUR 200.-). If you are leaving early morning, you may collect your deposit the evening before departure and will have to pay the parking for the last night.
"Rosablanche C15", 1-room studio 18 m2 on 1st floor, north facing position. Simple furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm), cable TV and radio. Small kitchenette (2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Shower/WC. View of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house.

Probably the best location for access to ski lifts. 3 lifts just outside the building. Apartment has everything one would need for making a quick meal but need to take the bus to Nendaz for grocery. Beds, dinning table, etc were all fine.

Globalement la qualité de la litterie n'était pas bonne (coussins et duvets de très mauvaise qualité). Un manque flagrant (inadmissible) d'isolation de la porte d'entrée génère un courant d'air permanent qui ne permet pas d'apprécier le séjour dans ce logement. Effet collatéral du manque d'isolation, nous avions l'impression que les personnes dans le corridor et la cage d'escaliers étaient dans notre appartement.

Charmant studio

Charmant studio décoré de lambris de bois pour une ambiance chalet de montagne. La situation au pied des pistes est idéale avec une belle vue sur la vallée. La situation à l'arrière du bâtiment est plus calme qu'à l'avant (moteurs des dameuses).
