Small, beautiful chalet "Mayen du Bleusy", 3 storeys, built in 1967, renovated in 2017. In the district of Bleusy, on the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position, in a cul-de-sac. Private: garden (not fenced) flowers. In the house: billiard table, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer, ski boot dryer. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking. Shop 3 km, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, bif. Le Déserteur" 2.4 km, railway station "Sion" 15.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km, tennis 4 km, gondola lift 3 km, children's playground 4 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz 4 Vallées 4 km. Hiking paths: Bisse du Milieu 400 m, Siviez 4 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Upper floor: open gallery with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), cable TV. Terrace, south facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Beautiful view of the valley and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars). E-charging station. Please note: not suitable for small children. Non-smokers only. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
