I had a last minute delay and they refunded my first night even though it was past the cut-off date. "This hotel would be OK for half the price, otherwise it is a big disappointment. The room and breakfast area dark and clammy. AC did not work, heaters went on automatically at night (in June!) and could not be turned off. Overall, the place had a feel of 1980s."
