"We enjoyed our stay at the property as it’s in a beautiful and a quiet location. The house was well set up for a nice stay. However, we only had a very limited wood supply that was wet/rotten and were not offered a reasonable resolution for heating the living area when contacting the manager. We also felt the fees for the service, linen and cleaning were excessive."

"When we arrived the key was not in the lock box, but this was quickly rectified and the property manager came within 10 mins after a phone call, so this was not a huge problem… we are all only human!. It was not clear to me how much cleaning we were meant to do at the end. I was pretty sure I had paid to not have to vacuum etc but this was not clear in the email or at the bach itself. I called the property manager to find out. She said we had a late departure due to the key incident, however...

What would have made it 5 star would have been if the grass was cut and tidied with removal or replacement of the hexagonal table and the blue sofa has stains which is unpleasant to see.But overall we had a lovely stay"
