"We had such an amazing experience at this property. We were visiting for my birthday and the staff made me feel very special by giving us complimentary drinks. We got to stay in the most beautiful hotel room I have ever been in. We felt so blessed and lucky and truly in awe the whole time. The property is minutes away from the Duomo and many other sites. Highly recommend, thank you for the amazing stay!"

"Apart from the WiFi sucking and front desk not really knowing much about things like buses or where to get a phone charger, the overall experience was very good, the pool nice and the rooms great too. Restaurant food was high quality. All in all would def recommend if you don’t mind a commute into town which is the price for a nice pool and pretty location. The staff were absolutely exceptional throughout our visit – welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The parking experience was excellent and made arriving and exploring Florence by car completely stress-free, which is a real bonus. Our room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. We especially enjoyed the pool, which was a great place to relax after a busy day sightseeing. Overall, a wonderful hotel with outstanding service. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend Forte16 to anyone visiting Florence."

"This is a great hotel for a stay near a city. The staff were friendly and the service was good. Breakfast was well thought out but we feel that the general menu for lunch and dinner needs improvement. The quality of the food we ate there was good though. The gym was lacking, very small. The pool area was a bonus, didn’t struggle to get a sun lounger, would have liked more staff presence here for a five star hotel. We heard that they were short of staff members due to long term illness though. Overall a good experience. The WhatsApp messaging service worked really well for booking gym, shuttle service (a great bonus for the location of hotel)."

"This hotel was perfectly located near the train station which made it easy to reach the airport after our stay. The hotel was wonderful, spacious and clean. Our room had a loft bed which was perfect for my 15 year old son. The bathroom was very large and clean. I would say this was a great hotel for the price point and staff was very helpful in calling a cab, giving us info and helping with our luggage. The room had a great historic look which was perfect for our stay in Florence"
