Loved its location, which is just a few mins walk from the eateries and shops. Our room was at the end of the hall and facing the river so it was nice and quiet. Parking spaces are adequate. Staff has been helpful but would be even better if they were more enthusiastic.

Lovely situation opposite the river, nice rooms, large tv, Cody restaurant and outdoor dining area, tidy and clean. I recommend this hotel.

Perfect setting for a surprise birthday party. Loved the shower pressure and the spa bath. The velvet chairs are lovely to sit in and the choice of indoor and outdoor setting fitted our needs perfectly.

Very convenient and good hotel with a bar on the river. Only downside is that there is no lift to take your bags upstairs.

The hotel was in a pretty good location. It did take us awhile to find a coffee shop the first morning. The dining room was good and the entire staff was excellent. My only complaint was that there wasn't enough parking spots available. That being said, we didn't pay for parking!

Everything thing was excellent except they moved our room midday while we were out and about— even though we had told them we had booked the nights separately but expected to to stay in the same room, per instructions from the second booking company.

Hi Mark Thank you for your feedback. We were unaware that you had two separate bookings until you checked in. We advised it wasn't possible to stay in the same room on check-in as we had maintenance priorities booked for the following day. We would have kept you in the same room if it was possible

Nice but needed more info
Clean, good location, and friendly staff. Room wasn’t set up for three, yet the foldaway was placed in our room (which blocked access to the outside sliding doors). I feel the website should be updated to show the river is mud filled, which would have stopped us from paying extra money for a river view.

Good afternoon Michael We are pleased you enjoyed the handy location and received good service The booking was made for 3, there is only a super king bed in the room which is stated on the room type, if an extra person is added then we use a rollaway or sofa bed to accommodate the 3rd person. I am unsure if it rained during the time you stayed as the river is not normally muddy. Thank you for your feedback. We hope to welcome you back in the near future

The staff were very helpful and lovely but it’s only downfall are the walls were paper thin I had to listen to my neighbours get freaky next door all night and morning. You can hear EVERYTHING through the walls. Which made my stay not so enjoyable.

A great location, clean, quiet and unique rooms. It's close to good food, has a good restaurant, close to buses and public transport and had just the right amount of funky/chic - really had a good couple days there!

They could not keep track of the reservations, once threatening to cancel an Expedia booking that I made months ago. The hotel is nice, walk up to room, good location, but not well organized.

Enjoyed our stay, it was nice being on the river. Staff in all areas were fantastic. Even the night porter who called at 1:46am to let us know the headlights were still on😂

The staff is so nice and helpful. The afternoon happy hour on the patio is a wonderful way to relax from a busy day and the food at the restaurant is amazing. The staff in the restaurant is also excellent. A great place to stay for sure!

Great location and priced ok. We had a lamp not working, the Toilet seat was broken and not enough towels supplied for the number of people booked (though quickly remedied). The Sofa bed perhaps needs updating or oiling as it creaks LOUDLY for an extra bed haha. Otherwise nice enough.
