Magnetic Docks unit 9 is a lovely apartment in a great location with views across Nelly Bay beach and the coral sea towards the lights of Townsville. The views are even better upstairs from the spacious master bedroom with ensuite and large spa bath. This is a fully self contained unit suitable for short or long stays.

The great water views from living and bedroom are only part of the appeal in this apartment, the location puts you in a short walk to restaurants, cafes, transport, supermarket, bottle shop, bakery and more. The Nelly Bay beach is only 40 metres from your door, perfect for long stroll and a swim along the way.

A great base for exploring

We used this property for 3 nights to explore Magnetic Island. This is a big house with all the bits you need for even a longer stay. The pool is a let down with it being at the end of the complex in front of another unit. It is a bit smaller than the photo's elude to and wasn't overly clear and clean looking. Overall it was a good stay.

Wonderful experience!

We stayed at Docks 9 for vacation for a week. The property was clean, well taken care of and the staff was more than helpful! They arranged an entire excursion for us as we were not able to use our phones and had limited internet connection. It was a wonderful experience, and I will most definitely book again next time I visit!

7th, 8th or 9th stay at #9 The Docks but who's counting. Great location near the beach, shops and restuarants, but very peaceful. Clean and good amount of kitchen ware - perhaps some chopping boards could be added. Always neat and tidy which is why we keep coming back

A Wonderful Place

We recently spent 8 nights at number 9 and had a wonderful time. Great location opposite the beach, everything provided, comfortable beds. The bus stop is a short walk up the street and you can go to the other beaches easily. Supermarket is close by as is the bottle shop and a couple of great restaurants! We would recommend this apartment for an ideal getaway!!
