The place is in good location. The room wasn't super clean, staff is nice but not very attentive, could benefit from more training. Overall the place seems run down and not taken care off. Big cockroach also visited my bedroom. The balcony doors are very hard to open and close. Overall I think place needs to be managed better.

Leider kann ich keine besonders gute Bewertung abgeben,es gab zu viele schlechte Dinge wie zb.die Sauberkeit der Zimmer und der Bäder. I have the young lady at the front desk on the drawbacks, but unfortunately I do not speak English and they do not speak German. If you have to wait 20 minutes in the restaurant until someone tries to take an order, without the other guests are present not very Vorteilhaft.Des further I got an accident in the bathroom in which a whole lot of glass broke. This was designed for me too much alcohol which was not the case. I am diabetic and had a hypoglycemia and thus a showering dizziness had me fall into you disc. However, the lady's boyfriend took care of me a lot and took me to the hospital This was written with Translater

A good night.

One night stay after arriving in Sri Lanka. Arrived late but they were expecting us. Main issue was that the a/c didn’t work and it took us 3 requests to get management to fix it, which they did. Big room with a nice bathroom. A bar fridge which didn’t work. You walk along an outdoor walkway to get to your room. On the top floor of 3 where we were you had ocean glimpses. Good pool and breakfast. Close to Beach and in a quiet side street. Lovely people working there.

満足できるホテル

朝食も十分あり満足。ただ若い従業員によってオムレツか卵焼きかの選択とソーセージかベーコンの選択があることを言わないことがよくない。従業員にばらつきがある。プールは管理がされていて良い。バスシャワールームでシャワーの近くに照明がないので暗い。

レストランの食事がとても美味しかった

清潔で気持ち良い豪華なホテル WFのアドレスが間違っていたのか繋がらなかった。 ホテルコロンボに変更になっている事を現地で知った。送って貰ったけど現在地がわからなかった。 美味しい朝食も着いてとても、安かった。

Reasonable and conveniently

Rooms are spacious and clean if a little dated. I understand hotel has new owners is working hard on improvements but a shame that most rooms don’t have a balcony or view. Pool is nice but design and space means much of it is in the shade. Hotel staff endlessly helpful and responsive. Breakfast is very good but all waiter-served; a buffet is surely the answer. Hotel is in very convenient location for restaurants etc. but the beach is very windy and no developed areas with windbreaks and sun beds as yet.

Perfect for Negombo transit stay

Neat and clean. Good location just off the main road. Very friendly staff with great service. Nice spacious room with aircon, fridge, fan and complimentary water. Very nice breakfast menu and pool area. A nice start to our Sri Lanka trip just a short distance from the airport. Highly recommended.

위치도 좋고, 깨끗하고 친절한 곳.

일단 위치가 좋았어요. 골목 안쪽으로 들어와있어서 시끄럽지 않지만, 번화가와 해변과 접근성이 좋았습니다. 직원들은 아주 친절했고, 객실도 넓고 쾌적하고 깨끗하고 수영장 등 시설도 좋았습니다. 다시 네곰보에 가더라도 이용하고싶은 곳입니다.

Experience of a family

I would say the client service and attitude was great. The manager Chandana should have a special mention. He is terrific and was all the time looking to make the stay better. His influence has worked well and his team also positively work towards going the extra mile to keep the client contained. Having said that technical maintenance of the hotel facilities is not good. When we checked in we were given a suite in top of the floors and the building doesn't have lift. Refusing to take it we were given another room which didn't have suite facilities. All this happened when Chandana was not in site. When he arrived he immediately provided us with a room located closer to the reception. Unfortunately we found that the air-con was faulty and during the final day we moved to another room which was perfect. It was inconvenient but at the end we found a good room. The food is basic with very few options. It was not a big issue as there are plenty of restaurants in close proximity.

Godt hotel med fin pool og god morgenmad.

God belligendhed. Mange spisesteder og butikker i nærheden. Hotellet OK standard. Stort værelse og badeværelse. Fin pool. Rar have. Dejlig frisklavet morgenmad og fin betjening. Aftensmaden god, vi spiste dog kun EN aften på hotellet, da vi gerne ville se lokalområdet. Rengøringen på værelset da vi ankom var mangelfuld. Der var støvet og smånusset. Vi var få gæster og meget personalet så det undte mig. Vi overnattede 3 nætter. Og kommer gerne igen. WIFI signal godt men meget dårlig internet på værelset. Virkede i receptionen.

Bad hotel.Theft in the rooms

We stayed for 2 nights. In this hotel we were robbed, entered the room and stole money from my bag while we had breakfast. The room was awfully dirty. The kitchen did not work.
