Northern beach is most scenic though fairly unsafe for swimming so care is needed. Closer to town are interesting fish markets and very friendly locals, colonial architecture as well as some good cheap priced eats. Boat trips on the lagoon or tourist catamarine trips for fishing are everywhere although I didn’t have time.
Great for walking, photo ops with fishing boats on beach, swimming not recommended.
