"They Hyatt Bolgatty is an absolutely stunning property. From its gorgeous lobby with fresh flowers and coffee shop to panoramic views, the layout, amenities and cleanliness of the property was wonderful! The breakfast buffet each morning was incredible an overwhelmingly amount of choices. It was here we met one of the best servers we have ever had! Riyuni met us our first day and was so informed and knowledgeable about all the different food selections. He acted as an amazing tour guide as well, telling us all about the different regions in India, the different foods and cultures. His service was impeccable, never leaving a plate and we never had to ask to have our coffee refilled. On the last day he surprised us with a goodbye cake that was one of the most generous and sweetest hotel experiences we have had. We are so thankful to him for making our trip so amazing! I had a wonderful deep tissue massage at the spa and everything about it was 5 star. my therapist was not only skilled, but also passionate about massage and healing. The steam room was also wonderful in the locker room. The one issue we had was the late time of dinner service at the restaurants. Because of where the hotel is situated, eating on the property when there is definitely the easiest option. I don’t know if the time of dinner service was pushed back because of Ramadan but starting dinner service at 7pm is extremely late. For those who eat at 5 or 5:30 like us, there was no option. "

"The room was very comfortable and the shower was amazing . I felt relaxed and rested . The staff were helpful . The carpet in the foyer had stains and I brought this to the attention of the manager and he said he was aware of it and they were going to change it ."

Siji at reception desk went above and beyond to arrange sight seeing tours.Dining staff was very helpful in preparing food to accommodate my needs. Hotel provided free trandportation to airport. I will certainly recommend this place. "

"Grounds are beautiful and plenty of area to walk. Occasionally power outages would reset the air conditioning system and I needed to put in the temperature again which was inconvenient during the night. The outage would also blow the fuse so the lights would not turn on. The staff was quick to fix the issue.Service was excellent."
