The property was beautiful, the room was clean and comfortable (except the bathroom which smelled heavily of cigarettes), the rooftop pool was lovely, but there is a major lack of details to be considered a 5 star hotel. "Beautiful hotel and views, good food, breakfast and very nice bar. Staff very friendly efficient and helpful. Enjoyed the evening boat ride and pool is amazing, you can see river dolphins sometimes. Small point of feedback is in relation to maintenance and attention to detail. Cupboard doors were not closing properly, there was a sticker on the toilet seat, soap dispenser in lounge toilet was dirty. But no major issues, we had a wonderful time "

"Great Stay, do think they need to Europeanise some of their breakfast items, Love curry but Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner gets a bit too spicy for me. Friendly staff, great Massage organised by hotel. Pool area could do with bit of TLC and more sun loungers. The room was superb and comfortable big bed. They have the potential to really ramp this up, so not being critical just constructive."
