"Broken toilet seat in our room. Cards didn’t work to get in the doors. Room didn’t get cleaned during the day. Cobwebs in corners of room. Couldn’t find staffing to get help when we reported issues nothing was done to fix them."

"I was misled when selecting a room for the night by looking at the amenities and photos. Despite the warm weather, pool was closed for the season- service elevator had to be used because main elevators were out of service and the parking lot had retired mattresses piled up for removal. Our family could have saved ourselves time and money by just selecting a place without a pool that was on the route we were traveling on. "

"all pretty great - there was some bansna peals out front door needed to be picked up, in toom 201 the shade above bed does not open , but other was great -it was quiet and cool - the ice machine had front removed needs to be fixed on 2 nd floor- i can not say enough about the front desk workers day and night - VERY professional!
