Fabulous experience. Front desk staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient. Especially while checking-in. Would come back again! Rooms are thoughtfully designed and have amazing views!

Not the standard for a 1 Hotel property. I came in late and the fire alarm was falsely going off the entire time. No courtesy call and no zero attempt to accommodate the guests. The rooms need some work. Felt dingy and could use some serious touch ups and repairs. Just didn’t feel like the others.

The room was clean. My problem is the hotel seems to be losing the charm it once had since it has been taken over by Hilton. This was my 3rd stay at the property and unfortunately my least favorite. I hope they can restore the charm as well as remodel and update some of the hotel.

"Ok so this was a very clean room and blissfully smoke free. I liked the hot tub and pool, the breakfast was great. And we enjoyed the stay. the only thing I would like to see was more towels, and washcloths. Probably just did not get down to ask in time. It was a great stay."
