The staff especially Marcus was very friendly and attentive from the moment we arrived and continued to check on us during our stay. We ate at the Duchess twice and it was very good. The location is great and is within walking distance to coffee shops and restaraunts.

If you can avoid this hotel, i suggest you do. The staff are very unhelpful they don't even have a phone to reach the lobby.
