Les bons côtés d’abord: emplacement, propreté et bonne communication avec les hôtes (du moins au début). Les mauvais maintenant: les photos de l‘annonce ne sont pas toutes conformes à la réalité. Le gîte est vétuste et mérite un sacré rafraîchissement. De plus il n‘y a pas d’accès direct au jardin, contrairement à ce que montre la photo, qui est en réalité chez le voisin d‘à côté! Il faut passer par une grange qui semble en chantier (voir un autre commentaire). Mais bon, passons, nous ne sommes pas très difficiles… Par contre l‘annonce mentionne 4 places alors que de fait il n‘y en a que 2. Le soit disant futon 2 places n‘est qu‘en fait qu‘un vieux canapé. En guise de consolation, l’hôte nous a indiqué un vieux matelas usé et ultra fin dans un débarras, sans édredon. Nous comptions passer une semaine reposante dans ce gîte et sommes finalement repartis au bout de deux nuits, car nous en avions assez de mal dormir. L‘hôte, à qui nous avions signalé ce problème, nous a fait grâce d‘un remboursement d‘une nuit, en nous expliquant qu’un dédommagement plus conséquent n’était pas possible et qu’in fine c‘était notre faute, nous aurions dû mieux lire l‘annonce. Le fait est que l‘annonce contient de fausses informations. Un peu plus de fair-play aurait été le bienvenu. Bref: gîte à éviter.

La maison est idéalement située. À notre arrivée nous avons pu nous arranger avec la propriétaire car nous ne connaissions pas exactement notre heure d’arrivée. Aucun soucis à ce niveau là. MAIS…à notre arrivée nous avons du re nettoyer tous les sanitaires, la vaisselle… Les photos ne correspondent plus vraiment, les lieux sont en travaux pour le moment ( un peu embêtant vu que nous essayons d’échapper au quotidien habituel). Un jour j ai été surprise par le propriétaire qui était dans le jardin c était plutôt gênant pour ma vie privée. Le linge de maison était propre. Je ne suis pas repartie déçue mais ça aurait pu être mieux.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez vous. Gîte très agréable et très bien situé pour profiter de la forêt de Brocéliande. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié l'accueil de nos hôtes Lucie Anna et Audren. Nous espérons y revenir.

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cette petite maison rustique avec nos enfants de 10 mois et 3 ans. La propriétaire est très sympathique, arrangeante et de bons conseils pour visiter les environs.

Nous avons été très déçus par le gite. La description élogieuse etait fausse. Nous ne comprenons pas non plus les excellents commentaires écrits par les précédents vacanciers. Non seulement la maison demande une restauration digne de ce nom avant d'être louée mais en plus et surtout la maison était sale ( interrupteurs, portes des armoires, tour de douche, ...) Nous n'avons pas utilisé le micro-ondes tant il était sale. Nous n'avons pas rappelé la propriétaire pour le lui dire car il était impensable qu'elle ne le sache pas. Le linge, par contre, était propre.

Très déçus de découvrir à notre arrivée que L'accès au terrain n'était pas direct depuis la maison. Non conforme aux photos et annonce et pourtant nous avions précisé que nous souhaitions manger dehors et laisser libre cours à notre chienne en toute sécurité. depuis precision notée sur annonce.

Le gîte est conforme aux photos et très bien situé. Endroit calme et depaysement sont au rendez-vous. Dommage qu'il faille faire le tour pour profiter de l'espace jardin. Les hôtes sont accueillants et bienveillants. Nous recommandons et comptons bien y revenir.

Petit weekend à la découverte de Brocéliande, merci a Audren pour l'accueil. Nous avons pu y séjourner avec notre chien. A l'arrivée, le poêle était en route, la maison est très agréable avec une bonne énergie, on s'y sent bien rapidement. Maison entre l'ancien et le moderne, bonne literie. A 5 minute a pieds, on se retrouve dans la foret de Brocéliande, c'est parfait. On recommande :)

Charmante petite maison , nous y avons séjourné un wk pour visiter la forêt de broceliande, idéal pour un couple , tt le nécessaire y est a disposition avec un + pour le poêle à bois qui chauffe très bien !
