"The bungalow had no access by car, we had to walk with all our stuff in the heavy rain and 2 little kids... The room had no water bottles, no mini-fridge, no shampoo or conditioner, the lights kept turning off because the electrical didn't have enough power so we couldn't watch tv or shower at the same time. my husband had to find the electrical outlet and turn it back on. Also no blankets anywhere... the only reason we stayed here was for the Halloween activities and they were soo disappointing.. The other activities on the halloween tables there was no one else to help or explain. the trick or treat was cancelled and the activities that I was told at the reception were happening, they weren't. why would you do trick or treating on the wrong day? no one does trick or treating on November 1st. that's Bolinho day. Such an expensive stay for no reason! The buffet was very average, and expensive for the options and amount we ate. I wish I could get my money back. "
