The outdoor BBQ was missing the grill and the house doesn’t provide anything. So while the outdoor space was a key feature in the listing, we didn’t use it because of this and didn’t get to enjoy cooking outdoors which we were looking forward to. Otherwise, the space is clean and location is great.

Wonderful stay

Nice modern house with wonderful views. Amazing sunsets. Our manager Angelina was very professional. There was a technical issue outside of the house that was beyond her immediate control but she did everything possible to resolve the problem to our satisfaction. We highly recommend the property and the property management company!

Great stay in Nazare

Beautiful home, large patio with great views of the ocean. House was comfortable and spacious. Easy drive to beach in Nazare, very good restaurant directly across the street, as well as a bakery in walking distance. We highly recommend this house.

The house is modern with very nice viewsThe outside patio is very pleasant. It was built to good specs. Unfortunately this house had a very bad and very strong smell when we checked in. We notified the host immediately and they said it was most likely coming from outside ...Some of this smell was a mite repellent that was sprayed heavily in the all the closets. The rest of it must be due to mold / humidity and poor airing.It was stinking so bad that the first night I couldn't sleep. I had to go upstairs open 4 sliding doors and basically sleep on the couch with the outside wind blowing on me. After airing the house for 8 days there was still a smell. The windows and sliding doors don't have screens so when you open them a lot of mites and mosquitoes enter the house but that was our only way to survive this week. There is no venting system in the bathrooms and overall it is very hard to keep windows closed while staying in the house. It is extremely humid several walls and ceilings have traces of molding and are bubbling. The floors were not cleaned when we checked out and we had to broom the whole house. I think all these issues should be addressed before putting a house on the market. We will NOT be back.

Tres belle maison avec une vue mer imprenable Architecture raffinée Pour que le séjour soit parfait il faudrait changer la literie dans les chambres et compléter les équipements : un étendoir à linge adapté à une maison offrant 6 couchages sur lequel on peut sécher les serviettes de plage voire une lessive…. Un épluche légumes, un couteau pour la cuisine et une rappe à fromage seraient un plus ainsi que quelques torchons supplémentaires ( nous en avons eu 2 pour la semaine) et il n’y avait ni nappe ni sets de table L’accès en voiture est délicat ( rampe etroite ) nous nous sommes garés sans difficulté devant la villa

Beautiful views! The home is sleek and modern and accommodated our family perfectly. Just a short 13 minute drive to downtown Nazare. We would definitely recommend it to friends!

A wonderful place to stay

What an amazing home! We couldn't be happier with our experience there. The house was so beautiful and well equipped with easy access to Nazaré and other points of interest by car. Sitting on the deck with a glass of wine and watching the sunsets was sublime. We wished we could live there forever. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home.
