In the beautiful South Tyrol/Alto Adige the comfortable apartment "Klementhof Nr 3" welcomes you on the outskirts of Natz-Schabs/Naz-Sciaves. The 50m²large and modern equipped vacation apartment consists of a living room, a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, as well as a baby crib and a high chair.

From the furnished balcony of the apartment you can enjoy the view of the greenery. In the shared outdoor area, a covered swimming pool and a large garden with seating, sunbathing lawn, table tennis table and trampoline are also waiting for you. Here you can barbecue together or relax with a good book while the children splash and play.

The area has something to offer for everyone, from hikers, mountain climbers, culture enthusiasts, nature lovers to those looking for relaxation. In addition to numerous hiking areas, the Plose-Brixen ski area is also not far away and can be reached in 30 minutes (20km) by car. The nearest bus stop is only a 4-minute walk (300m) from the accommodation. From here buses leave every hour to Brixen/Bressanone, 9km away. There are also 5 restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, which can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot. The nearest supermarket is only 228m away.

Fijn verblijf in zeer mooie omgeving.

Pros: Gastvrije ontvangst. Mooie omgeving. Goede uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes. Groot zwembad. Ruime kamers. Cons: Accommodatie is wat gedateerd. Geen mogelijkheid plug-in hybride auto (of volledig elektrische auto) op te laden. WiFi traag.
