"The staff were lovely and very helpful booking tours, taxis and discussing local travelling .
The amenities are just not 4 star . The outdoor bar lacks character and experienced bartender.
The hotel inside and out just looked warn. No fresh flowers, towels were not plush, lobby furniture needed to be freshened up and it just wasn’t a place that you enjoyed coming back to after evening dinner .
Unfortunately we were very disappointed with our balconies as well .
