Από την άλλη πλευρά, λιγότερο από 1 χιλιόμετρο περαιτέρω (5-10 λεπτά με τα πόδια, το αυτοκίνητο 1 λεπτό) βρίσκεται το χωριό του Αγίου Προκοπίου, όπου μια μεγάλη ποικιλία από χρήσιμα τοπικά καταστήματα, όπως σούπερ μάρκετ, ταβέρνες, παραλιακά μπαρ, καφετέριες, φαρμακείο, φούρνο, ενοικιάσεις αυτοκινήτων κλπ είναι avalaible για σας. Περιττό να πούμε ότι η θέση της βίλας απέχει λίγα μόλις μέτρα από τον λόφο της Στελίδας, όπου βρίσκονται σε εξέλιξη αρχαιολογικές ανασκαφές με ευρήματα του ανθρώπου του Νεάντερταλ. Επίσης, σε περίπου 500μ. Μπορείτε να βρείτε ένα σχολικό κέντρο για σέρφινγκ και windsurfing.
