    The lower level has two bedrooms:
    A master bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom.
    A second bedroom with a single bed and two bunk beds, great for kids or friends.
    There is also a second bathroom for extra convenience.
    Outdoor Space
    Outside, the villa has a small private pool in the garden, where you can relax and cool off in the sunshine. It’s the perfect spot for your morning coffee, a cold drink, or spending time with family and friends.

Villa Karla was a perfect place for our getaway and exactly as listed! It’s small but comfortable and the location is perfect for days on the beach and nearby restaurants. Our host was wonderful as well. Very communicative and accommodating any requests we had. I would highly recommend it here and would definitely return!!

Wonderful 2 bed a block from the beach. My tweens loved the pool option after some beach fatigue. Great spot near a wonderful beak , walking distance to anything you could want or need.

A perfect fit for our family (2 teens: 16y and 12y). Clean and sized right. Included are all the amenities you would need, washer, cooking necessities, and towels, The location was amazing! Just walk across the street to the beach and either direction to all the restaurants, shopping and grocery/bakeries you could want to explore.
